    Little Bo(udoir) Peep

Not many items say feminine like ruffles. Yep, just like Little Bo Peep’s undergarments….. …..but now instead of just wearing them on your knickers for a “peep“….. …..you can now enjoy them for a sleep in the “bo”udoir as well. Undergarments shown are from babygirlboutique.com. They have a nice selection of vintage-inspired lingerie. Bedding/Pillows shown are from horchow.com. 1

    Celebrity Boudoir: Kimora Lee Simmons

If you are addicted to the show Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane (like I am), you will know two things…that she has an amazing boudoir in her New Jersey home (ok, it’s a closet, but honestly, it’s probably the size of my living room and it even has a bathroom in it) -and- she embodies all things fabulous. She even has her own word, “Fabulosity”. It doesn’t really get much more fabulous than leopard print carpet, right? Probably not my personal choice, but that’s what I love about Kimora; she’s not afraid to be over-the-top. But even better is that, in addition to her love for fashion and material…

    Jeremiah Goodman

Ever thought of decorating the walls of your boudoir with paintings of a room that belongs to someone else? I absolutely adore these paintings by Jeremiah Goodman (often known by his first name alone). They are beautiful interior “portraits” that blend a beautifully designed room with a magical touch that leaves you feeling as though you’re in a boudoir wonderland. Every time I look at them, I get a warm feeling. The rooms look so cozy and warm, without diminishing their regal appeal. Here are some examples of Jeremiah’s work featured on Dean Rhys Morgan. 0

    Mademoiselle Monday: Mlle Kelly

And it pained me a great deal. ” – Grace Kelly “I don’t want to be married to someone who feels inferior to my success or because I make more money than he does.” – Grace Kelly “As an unmarried woman, I was thought to be a danger.” – Grace Kelly “Woman’s natural role is to be a pillar of the family.” – Grace Kelly 0

Sunday’s Best: Bumpkin on a Swing

As you know, Sunday’s Best is where I highlight a blog or blog post that I enjoy. Today, I am pleased to share one of my favorite posts from Bumpkin on a Swing. This post is from her Wordless Wednesday – Legends Series, and it features all things Chanel! Wordless Wednesday is just as it sound. Pictures without words. This is only because the pictures themselves are (as they say) worth 1,000 words. At Bumpkin on a Swing, it is not only the “wordless” part that you have to look forward to, it is her charming and witty writing that draws you in and makes you feel like you’ve known…

    Marilyn Merlot

No, I did not misspell “Monroe”. Marilyn Merlot is just as it sounds…a nice blend of Marilyn Monroe and Merlot wine. One evening in 1983 over dinner and a bottle of Merlot, a small group of friends who dabbled in homemade wines, dreamed up Marilyn Merlot. In 1985, they started Marilyn Wines and gave birth to the official “legendary” wine collection…Marilyn Merlot. A moderately priced collectible wine with the breathtaking  Marilyn Monroe on the label. Each year on June 1st, in honor of Marilyn’s birthday, a new bottle is released. A few days ago, a bottle of 2008 Marilyn Merlot was released. This is the image that graces the front…
